She will take you through the various steps of kneading, rolling, shaping, filling, cooking and storing your own hand made fresh pasta. Under her expert guidance, see how to make Fettuccini, Gnocchi and various stuffed pastas like Ravioli, Tortellini, Cannelloni with exotic fillings. To accompany the Pastas, she will demonstrate a variety of authentic Italian Sauces.
