Exotic Chinese

Chef Vaibhav Bhargava will give us an insight into the world of Exotic Chinese food ~ out of the ordinary  sauces, marinations and stir fries.

1. Peking Vegetable Pancake, Sauteed Bean Curd, Spinach, Garlic, Spice ~ V
vegetarian version of Peking Duck Pancake

2. Chonquing Chicken with Dry Chilies ~ NV
marinated chicken fried and tossed with dry red chili and spring onion

3. Honshimizi, Enoki, Shitake, Black Pepper Stir Fry ~ V
three kinds of mushrooms tossed in black pepper

4. Wok Fried Sole Fillet, Shitake Mushroom, Bamboo Shoot, Chili Oyster Sauce ~ NV
marinated Sole fillet tossed with vegetables in chili oyster sauce

A sampling lunch will be offered at the end of the Workshop.
