University Survival 101 Cooking Workshop

If your child is leaving home to study or just needs to be self sufficient in the kitchen, then this course is a must.

Simple, nutritious and budget friendly recipes to keep the hunger pangs at bay. Requiring only a stove top, microwave/oven, a couple of pans and spatulas, come learn how to rustle up tasty and healthy dishes.

A two day workshop covering the following recipes –

On the go Breakfast Smoothie
Egg Frittata
Grilled Chicken, 3 meals in one
Vegetable Pullao
Healthy Pasta
Tandoori Chicken Pita Wraps
Egg fried rice/noodles
